Sławek Kępa is a retired U.S. Marine and Department of Defense strategist with decades of leadership and operational experience.

Forged through years of combat and high-stakes operational command, his approach is rooted in discipline, adaptability, and performance under pressure.

Fluent in English and Polish, and holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA), he brings a rare fusion of battlefield-tested discipline and modern business intelligence.
